Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of our products are made to order with your own design, name or logo, so they cannot be resold. This policy explains when orders can be cancelled and when we offer a reprint, replacement or refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Cancellation
- Before proof approval: you may cancel free of charge. If design work has already been done, a design charge may apply as agreed.
- After proof approval / once production starts: orders cannot be cancelled, because materials are cut, printed or ordered specifically for you.
- Bought-in gift items: products sourced specially for your order (for example gift sets, bottles or diaries) cannot be cancelled once ordered from our supplier.
2. When we reprint, replace or refund
We will reprint or replace the affected items, or refund their value, if:
- the product does not match the proof you approved (wrong text, size, material or quantity);
- there is a clear manufacturing defect (for example misprints, smudging, wrong cutting or binding faults);
- items were damaged before they reached you.
Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and your order details, to info@guptagraphics.com or on WhatsApp. We may ask you to return or show the items so we can inspect them.
3. What is not covered
- errors in text, numbers, names or layout that were present in the proof you approved;
- normal, slight colour or finishing variation between screen, proof and print;
- poor print quality caused by low-resolution files you supplied after we advised you;
- damage caused by misuse, improper storage or handling after delivery;
- change of mind after production has started.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer, as agreed. Where a reprint or replacement is possible, we may offer that first.
